From explaing all the different services to their customer care! Everything was spot on. Yes I dropped a pretty penny getting the steam detail plus the ceramic/wash but well worth it cause my truck was filthy. Wish I had a before and after so I can show the difference. “I recently visited Francias car wash and I had an amazing experience. Even on a busy Saturday at 1pm, they were able to get my car in and out in just 30 minutes. The quality of their work was outstanding! As a busy volleyball mom, my car looks so good that I would even give my boss a ride in it. The car smells great without any overpowering scents, and they even gave me 2 complimentary air refreshers. The attention to detail is impressive, with the outside of the car looking perfectly shiny and the wheels and rims spotless. The interior feels like it's brand new. The staff members are friendly and kind, which made the whole car wash experience comfortable and enjoyable. I'm definitely planning to return, and I'll be bringing my family along since we recently moved nearby. Highly recommended!”

“After my car was UN-DRIVEABLE because it had been in a flood and had mold in it with a terrible odor, I decided to take it to EXPRESSWAY CAR WASH South Holland Illinois. After all the damage my car had experienced due to the flood, the Manager Paul gave me MORE THAN A REASONABLE PRICE. He was also up front and honest with me about the condition of my car. Dave took my flood damaged car and transformed it!!!!!. Dave worked EXTREMELY HARD on my vehicle and got it back drivable again!!!!! My car looked like new! He kept my car overnight and made it look like new! Inside and out.I was very pleased. I was so pleased that i tipped him $60. I recommend DAVE. “I took my truck to Delta Sonic on August 24. I was very pleased with the outcome of the detailed job they was done on my vehicle. I'm not sure who worked on my truck, but I was amazed by how well they waxed and buffed out all the scratches. I would have given 5 stars, but they didn't shampoo the fabric part on the back of my seats on the 3rd row. Overall job well done.”
