“I ordered my products online and picked them up the next day. There were some employees working behind the counter, but they seemed to be more interested in talking to each other, than servicing me.
Another man walked up, and went behind the counter. When he saw no one was servicing me, he quickly asked if I was being serviced.
Overall, aside from the initial encounter, things were okay. Employees should really be more customer friendly.”

“Outstanding experience in the Lumberyard! My husband and I had a very large order to fulfill, (approximately $1900 worth for a deck remodel). Two associates helped us find acceptable boards, and load our trailer with absolutely no hesitation! They hung with us for over two hours making the task so much easier! Special callout to Ty and Taylor…THANK YOU!
Also, the woman who took our order was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to assist us! Another special callout to Lizabeth… THANK YOU!

“I don't shop a lot. However, it was my first time entering Menards today.
I used to live in high crime-rate neighborhoods in another state, and the check-out employee I went to made sure I was calm and didn't feel the need to rush.
Clean place, peaceful, and not too busy in the morning.”

“I was left in limbo with what to do with my washer as it had locked up on me leaving me to do laundry at the local laundromat until I could get someone out to check the unit. Unfortunately, they were not able to get parts for 6-8 weeks, maybe, and having a new unit delivered was not available until after the 4th of July. Yikes!I then decided to go back to Harry Miller for a new washer and dryer based on my previous shopping experience with them.I was greeted by Sharon and she informed me of the Speed Queens. I was impressed with the made in America as well as the parts and labor warranty. That spoke volumes over what I just experienced with my Maytag Bravos XL, which were only 6 years old! I was concerned as I was currently looking at potentially a week or two on delivery. That was not the case. The items were in stock and ready to be delivered by Wednesday, keep in mind this was Friday when I went to the store and they were able to deliver them the following Wednesday. Thank goodness!The store had called me with a window of when I should expect the delivery the day before my delivery on Wednesday. The team of 3 showed up, hauling my old units away and set up the new ones with instructions on utilization. They were so polite and very professional. After the team had left, I decided to do a load of laundry that was previously done with my Maytag Bravos XL. I had to lift the lid to check the water as it was washing my clothes. The water was slightly cloudy telling me that my Maytag Bravos XL was not cleaning my clothes! Unbelievable!I have noticed a decline in customer service since the Covid pandemic, but not with Harry Miller!Thanks to Sharon @ Harry Miller, I now have a new washer and dryer that actually cleans my laundry.Thank you so much!”

“What a blessing it was to find these people ...After having a bad experience with another repair service, they came out and quickly fixed my old MayTag washer and dryer ... prices were very reasonable ... they could have charged me twice as much and it still would have been worth my while ... “I called last minute to reschedule my delivery for a large item due to prior engagement. The man I spoke with on the phone was so nice and was able to reach out to the driver quickly for me. The driver called me within minutes and delivered my item so that I did not have to reschedule for another day!”

“Went in to Best Buy with my daughters to purchase a security camera system for my Mom. So we walked in, and the TVs were to the right. Huge!!!! We're laughing and talking, and this young man came over and asked if he could help us. His name was Matt, Matt H., I believe. He was soooo helpful. He went above and beyond his job description. My card was acting up, and my eye pad was too. I don't know about these apps, but he did. I needed to access the bank app, so he went to get WIFI info from Geek Squad, which was the problem. I was shocked it worked. He also explained the system, and sold me the Best Buy reward program. I tell you, Best Buy should be super impressed with this young man, because he clearly gave so many reasons I should purchase it, and I said ok, you got me.?? But if you want the best customer service experience, and patience, ask for Matt. He'll make sure you leave highly satisfied. Thanks so much for all your help!!”

“I visited this location on 22DEC22. The 5 stars for this review are relagated to the associate Nieve. I came into the store stressed and confused looking for an extension cord that likely doesn't exist. I requested for Nieve to help me find it, and they helped me as best they were able. They walk with me to were they sold cords with negative results. They then walked to a computer and put in the specifications for my extension cord, but they didn't sell anything like the one I was looking for. They even attempted to see if they had the snowblower in stock I needed to see if they could better figure out what kind of cord I needed. However, we weren't able to find any pictures to help figure out what cord I needed. Nieve thought it strange by the way I was describing it. However, they were respectful dealing with my later realized error and educated me in a non-condescending way and informed me why the item I was mistakenly looking for likely was wrong. Nieve went over and beyond and deserves recognition for their work ethic, kindness, and knowledgeability. They even gave me the right cord I needed before I left!”
