As a new customer and getting a check from retirement that they know is going to clear the marketing managers refuse to release any funds for 7 business days. I did not have a checking account for 12-14 yrs and decided to open with them. Now I am thinking of going elsewhere. I could see a 2-3 day hold but a 7 day?? Little ridiculous

Polite and courteous and friendly staff. Unlike many other banks they process daily deposits and credits before processing incoming checks and debits. Also my debit Master Card had been hacked. Our local branch knew our banking habits so they caught the fraudulent use on the first attempt to use it. We didn't even know our account had been hacked. They had a new card to us within 72 hours. Great bank!
