I just want to take a moment to thank Jordan Bivins for his professionalism and knowledge. I went in to the store looking for an upgrade and Jordan was able to teach me things about my new Iphone that I didnt know were possible. I hope to see more people like Jordan in customer service!

If in need of a phone or service go to a Verizon wireless corporate store don't go to a Verizon sales store run by another company they don't know everything that is needed this Dixon store is a corporate store so it was a positive experience
