Came in on my lunch hour and the woman who helped me was patient, kind, full of knowledge and made a 5 year wait for a new phone easy and on my budget! Got hooked up and ready to go on 35 minutes!Very much appreciated and I will go out of my way to do business here!!

Salesman Thomas Alexander Dixon IL store. I had to get a new phone due to damage. He set up everything on my phone. Including getting damaged phone ready to send back. This is how sales people should help their customers. Have not gotten that treatment at other store.
