Got here early for appointment which i understand is on me but appointment time was for 330 got in a door around 5pm now 530 and not one pallet on the trailer yet. These people do not care about drivers or their hours. I will not be back. Horrible oh and you can't talk to anyone it's all on the computer

Worse possible place to pick up a load. Got here at 0740 this morning with an appointment time of 0800. It’s 1300 now and still haven’t gotten a door. Multiple other trucks have gotten loaded even though I got here before any of them. Not coming back here!
Update: After waiting 6 hours in parking lot, they sent me a text saying they were cancelling my load. Wasted all day at this shipper.

?? 11am Appt. Came checkin 10:30 got the door at 10:55 3-4 hours at door. Checkin at a tablet, no person. Other than Clean washroom not good place.

6 AM APPT- IT'S JACKED UP SITTING AT THE DOCK FOR OVER 2 HRS (JUST MY TRUCK & 1 MORE AT THE DOCKS) TO BE LOADED 15 MINS TOPS AFTER THE 2 HRS 27 MINS OF DOCK SITTING. NOT FREAING GOOD 1ST IMPRESSIONS

Arrived to be loaded 30 mins prior to appointment time. It took them 5 hours to load us.Restroom is providedNo contact at all, check in at the computer.Stars are for big lot.
