Boots were ordered on in store computer I could not read the small type so I had the customer service person placed order because I could not read the type too small and the customer service person said it was small also and had a hard time also very disappointed i had no boots for this freezing weather

One of Friendliest place they willing to help us I see no complain no question no problems at all and lot interesting stuff to shop and employee were very friendly and helpful guide us to where we need to buy and and got what we need and it great store

Tonight we stopped by to look at the Christmas stuff and Grey at the Dixon, IL location went above and beyond for us. Very helpful! Great customer service!

I drove an hour to this store to buy lawn mower tires. They were the wrong size and I tried to take them back. I printed out my receipt from my credit card company (because the original was filed at our business office) and drove an hour back to the store. Of course without their in store receipt, they will only give me in store credit. The receipt from the credit card shows the exact date, time and price paid, but I was told this is the Tractor Supply policy. Now I have to drive back again on another date with the store receipt because what will I do with in store credit for a store that the closest location from me is an hour away? It's an awful policy and it's greedy. That trip will end up being my last to this chain.

The store has a well stocked selection of a very wide variety of items. The store was clean and organized. The building and parking lot are in excellent condition as well. The employees were helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to shop here again.

Went to 3 big stores, no one had the pump size I kneeded. Google said Tractor Supply would. So I went there and they had not 1, but 2. Yeah, thanks for stocking it.
