Attended a reception at this space and really enjoyed the watercolor artwork on display. The bartenders were very cheerful and quick with service. A lovely local spot.

What an outstanding art venue. There are some outstanding pieces of Art created in many forms. I was so thankful to stop in while browsing along the shops and eateries on 1st street.

About Next Picture Show
The Next Picture Show (TNPS) is a non-profit fine arts center located in the heart of Dixon, Illinois. Our goal is to nurture, develop, educate, foster the arts, and galvanize artists and patrons within the community. TNPS is located in a vintage 1854 building (7,700 sq. feet) that has undergone a complete restoration in 2004 that recreated the 1898 facade look and retained the original wood floors, tin ceiling, and internal structures where possible.
