My husband and I are people who honestly do not enjoy the car buying process. However, this experience was different from start to finish. Brayden, Mike and Hope were wonderful to work with. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the vehicle we were purchasing. The level of professionalism, communication, and honesty made all the difference in our car buying experience. We would definitely recommend working with them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I had exceptional service from both Brayden Lovett regarding a key for my grand daughter's 2021 Nisan Versa and Morgan Lowry on my 2014 Chevy Cruse regarding a leaky water pump and a surging noise in the engine. Both gentleman were extremely professional and helpful. Very pleased with the service .

Had a great experience with Ken Nelson Toyota. Our salesman Brayden was absolutely amazing with helping us get our car. We weren’t sure if we would get approved at first but my man Brayden spent the majority of his day helping us out and we ended up getting the car we wanted! Hope was also super nice and did an amazing job helping us get our car financed!

I drove almost 2 hours to purchase my supra and it was worth it! Brayden was awesome! He made my overall purchasing experience fun and straightforward. Hope in the finance department was awesome. She made the overall experience great and easy. Lastly Mike the sales manager great guy came over introduce himself and we had a chat. Overall best purchasing experience I've had! It definitely has the family atmosphere where they care about you and your not just another number walking in through the door. I will definitely make the drive again for future purchases!
