We had a great car buying experience. Our sales consultant Chris Barefield was very accommodating and patient as we took several vehicles for test drives before making our purchase. The process from the first greeting to finishing our purchase was a very positive experience.

Beast car buying experience I have ever had!!! Jamie Pratt is a professional who knows how to provide not just a customer needs but also our wants. Buying my vehicle from Jamie Pratt was the highlight of 2024 for me. I got more than what I expected at a price that fit my budget. I’m so happy to be driving my MKC which is My Kinda Car. That to Jamie Pratt I no longer dread buying a used car.

Took over 1.5 hours to complete and oil change. When I asked the guy where my vehicle was he said give him a few minutes. 30 minutes later and still no vehicle. There was no coffee, or complementary water. Sitting there so long you would think there would be better communication and at least free water. Instead of costing me just a $30 oil change fee > I paid $83. That was adding in over priced oil change and tire rotation. Am not happy with the service nor the pricing. Update. I have use this dealership for over a year now. They pick up my vehicle while I'm as work and take as long as they need. Cost me 100 for oil change and tire rotation. Jason is amazing. He answers any questions I have and knows me by mt first name. I just wish with all the money I spend I would have a complementary car wash or vacuum. I will continue to use them and tell others.

I talked to Jason on the phone and he walked me through the whole process. When I had to drop it off early due to it going completely out, it was diagnosed almost immediately abs everything was taken care of. I had surgery during this and it was such a relief to not have to be stressed out about my car as well. It was done within 5 days of dropping it off (including a weekend).
Last year, I had to have my engine replaced and went somewhere else. It took 3 months, was given back to us still broken, had to pay 2 deductibles for 2 different claims because of this plus a couple hundred extra each time it was completed.
I'm so happy this went so flawless and everyone at the dealership was super nice. Thank you so much.

It was nice enough. Chris, the sales person was nice, he was apparently new to the Nissan family but he did very well. He was hospitable, talkative, not push. The manager was super nice, not pushy. Actually surprised us when he gave us another option incase the first car we were lookin at didn't work financially.
