Worse store ever just bad news not worth one Star at all disrespectful discrimination disgusting against disability woman with cancer and it's not worthy to shop there employees don't help the disability woman who had dealing with kidney cancer that deal with on going to bathroom often times . I ask nicely that my woman need to go bathroom the lady said no wo don't have bathroom just flat out lied . I instantly knew it . I said that's impossible that can't be. I know that every store all over Dixon Town have bathroom every stores in state of Illinois have bathroom except this Dollar General in Dixon Illinois WTH don't have bathroom LOL I sudden see back door open way back of store sudden one of employee overheard me talking about bathroom that employee walked all the way back of store shut door which I knew that instantly these employees lied every word they speaks and lied about that bathroom one of them said we don't have bathroom other said bathroom broken and I ask where do employee go bathroom one of them said they go gas station other said they go home and come back WTH LOL makes no sense at all just not making sense and ofc ofc full of B.S. And I said to them have a heart she got kidney cancer and you got no remorse at all no heart what hell wrong with employees and your manger boss disgrace heartless S.O.B. Ever walk on the face of earth and they don't care about people who shop there they don't care about disability customers and very filthy store so dirty like they never mop floors and walls and shelfs were nasty dirty aisles were so narrow no room for wheel chair just over crowd nasty place to shop that explains why lot of people goes to Walmart stores and Shopko and other big boxes stores I been in Dollar General in Rock Falls much cleaner and employment were very friendly nicer and helpful and wider space aisles I been few other Dollar General there nice store expect this disrespectful dirty nasty rude Dollar General in Dixon just flat out disgusting period period .

The sales tags are always left up and never honored. If a weekly sale runs Monday through Friday or however, make sure to take down the tags and if you don’t you should honor the price. This is why people go to Walmart. Not to mention the store is filthy and the customer service is rude.

Went to exchange a product the cashier didnt give me a receipt to what I bought and I went to exchange it today and they tell me that they cant do that because I have no receipt. Not my fault that there cashiers didn't give me one
