Gotta give Shelby and Taylor a HUGE shout out at Dixon VW! We were driving to the area from North Carolina when the infotainment screen on our VW started turning on and off around Knoxville Tenn. we were able to get it shut off but the 11 hour drive with no sound or maps made the drive interesting to say the least! I was able to call Shelby and he was able to get us right in when we arrived. Within and hour and a half they had the car done and ready to go! They were even able to get us worked in for routine maintenance while it was in for service! Thank you Shelby and team for turning a really difficult situation into a great world class experience!

After having a very stressful experience with a dealership who lacked communication and honesty and had our car for a almost 2 months and never fixed the original problem with our car because they stated warranty would not cover the repair. We were referred to Dixon Ford VW and the minute we spoke with Dalton we knew he was exactly what we needed a honest mechanic willing to go above and beyond to help us resolve our mechanical issues. Taylor worked with our warranty company and repair was approved👏Dalton performed the repair and we were back in our car within 1 day 😀 So comforting to find a good honest service department that truly cares about their customers💝 Although it is a 50 mile drive for us it is well worth the drive and we will continue to take our car here for all service work in the future. We are truly Thankful for both Taylor and Dalton for their excellent customer service skills!

Found a 2019 low mileage Golf R online and drove 2 hours away to view the vehicle. “GG” answered all my questions about the vehicles service history and walked me through all the vehicles features. I fell in love with this vehicle and “GG” made the car buying process painless would recommend this dealership even if it’s worth a 2hr+ drive.
