We got there and they got some of our information and gave us a key to see it and it was died and low on oil and very rude saying they closed a half hour ago then why give us the information and the keys if you are closed

Freindly people,not what i thought it was gonna be,they really try to help people with bad credit,i feel they are a great asset to dixon just because they help people get much needed transportation, randy was who my freind worked with and he seemed nice and help full,and i bought way more cars in my life that anyone i know,they are pretty nice there!!!!!!

I traded in my reliable (just too small) car for something bigger and (I thought) nicer but I've never been more disappointed. I understand it's used and bought as is but within the first day of having my vehicle the blower fan for the heat and A/C went our as well as a tire being flat. When I went to replace my tires & brakes I was told my undercarriage of my car was so rusty no alignment could even be done. About 5 months into having my car I had to bring it in (to Dixon Credit Auto) to be worked on because my car was pouring out coolant. While they were "fixing" the issue they called and said I needed new wheel bearings and tried saying brakes as well when I just got brand new breaks when replacing the tires. When I went to pickup my car after being worked on the next day, my battery was completely drained. I had zero battery issues prior. The real kicker is, my coolant is still leaking. This place is not doing anyone any favors. These guys just want as much of your money as they can get!!

Terrible business paid for a car that needed a part. they ordered the wrong part 4 times, hung up on me while getting info. Has the worst customer service i have ever seen. Now refunding my money after my 16 year old took photos with the car and all..i dont recomend this business to anyone,anytime wouldnt even get 1 star if i didnt have to atleast put 1And idc about grammar on your garbage site. Not a full down payment lmao i had the price of the car on me hahaha which was way overpriced i might add. i will run this business name into the ground everywhere i go...correct that grammar..pathetic business
