“Our son was heading to Iowa to pick up his daughter for Christmas break using our car. The check engine light went on and he stopped at the Buick Ken Nelson Auto Group in Dixon to check it out. It happened at about 6:30 pm. The technician volunteered to stay late and fix the car so he could continue to Iowa. Anna and Jeremy also helped this happen. The technician was Ben. “We’ve bought our last several cars at Ken Nelson out of the GMC BUICK division. It has been a great experience all round. The cars have all been great cars with no problems.
