I've been in the landscaping industry for around 12 years now, and have used annes garden center since day one. 2 years ago I started my own landscaping/hardscaping company and have continued using Anne's (even though I live and, a vast majority of my work, is about 45 minutes south of Dixon). But I continue using them and recommending them to all of my customers, because of the quality of the product and the customer service is untouchable, and that's hard to do in our industry.

Anne’s Garden Center in Dixon is great! We are doing an extensive patio and Nate helped me choose my materials. I had to call numerous times with questions and each time he was super patient and helpful. I’d definitely recommend them for any of your landscaping/hardscaping needs!

We always get fast friendly service. Also lots of help with gardening and tree questions. We've purchased trees,flowers and other products from them.

Very nice nursery with helpful staff. Nice selection of annuals, perennials, trees and shrubs. Also has garden decorations.

I give this location a 0 out of 5. My mom went the other day after calling before hand. The gentleman who she spoke to knows her and has helped her for many years. He said they would deliver mulch to her in Sterling for $60 plus the price of mulch. My mom went in to pay and the manager or owner told her that they do not deliver. My Mom broke down in tears as she has been dealing with a lot of personal issues as she takes care of my Dad who has Parkinson's. I know it has been hot out and people may not be in their best mind set, but customer service is lacking and people do not want to come back due to it. She has been going to your business for years and she will not any longer. I am saddened by the service and how she was treated. I truly hope you read this and take action around customer service and fully train your staff on what services you offer.

Needed some evergreens to add a block. Anne herself help us. It was such a good experience. She helped us pick just the right one for where we live.
