“Wowwww!!! So totally impressed with Adam's Auto Body & Sales in Dolton. I was interested in a 2019 Nissan yesterday, 2/19, and the vehicle is parked today, 2/20, in my driveway with the Illinois plates on it and my registration is in the glove compartment.While it may take a minute to purchase a vehicle it does allow you to observe business transactions around you. I found at least 3 customers who were so totally satisfied with the service provided; i.e., auto body repairs, under the hood repairs, or sales, everyone was happy and grateful to be treated with respect.Lastly, I am estactic with my vehicle and very happy I was able to purchase Adams Auto in Dolton.Thank you again AJ!!!.”
“After getting into a small accident, I opted to choose this location for repairs. Im glad I did! Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and thorough about the process for repairs. What I absolutely loved was the update texts and photos provided (not wondering nor left in the dark about how my car was doing). Overall, the updates kept me at ease and on top of the progress.Everything was actually great, and as a plus I received my car faster than the expected date given! “I’ve been at this Meinicke for a couple years now. Have had brake job, fixed exhaust, oil change and now window fixed after electric motor latch off. One of the things I look for in a shop that doesn’t try to find “extra” stuff that will raise the cost. First 3 times I came here was exactly that - a shop I can trust to just fix what I ask for — this last time though they looked for things I didn’t ask and said recommended repair ( extremely high price too) - of course I declined and they didn’t push which was good - so I’ll give another go since it’s been mostly very good here - the repairs have been cost friendly, done in very timely fashion and great customer service - so hopefully this “find something I didn’t ask for” was a one time thing .. I like this place and prefer not to have to find another”

“Wow! This Auto shop went above my expectations.Background info. I was letting my mom drive my car from Colorado (where I live) to Michigan when two separate incidents occurred within 7hrs.First, a deer ran into my car. It was still drivable until she ran over a crowbar that punctured the gas tank. What are the odds, haha!Living in Colorado I had no idea where to send my car for repairs. This was the place my auto insurance recommended. I'm so glad they did.I only asked for the gas tank to be replaced because I needed my car home and there wasn't enough time to have the body damage repair, which they also do. A one stop shop. They fixed my gas tank within a few days during a holiday week might I add. Customer service was excellent. Every time I needed to talk about my car they were so nice and informative. Remember I'm in Colorado dealing with this.Here's where they went above and beyond. They washed my car getting all the deer guts and fluids off. They vacuumed the inside of the car as well. What auto do you know of that would do that?Not only that, but when my mom was trying to get to the shop from Michigan her flight was delayed making her run late and not be able to get to the shop before they closed at 5pm. The Uber driver was rushing as fast as he could during rush hour. When I called them telling them this, the husband and wife of the shop stayed a 1/2 hr late so that she could still pick it up that night.I highly recommend this shop if you want excellent customer service and support. If you want excellent repairs done. If you want security knowing your car is safe in their hands even if you do or don't, in my case, live there.”

“We had failed emissions 3 times. Twice we took it to Gordon’s on Western and each time after spending $1000 dollars it failed. Finally it was diagnosed probably and repaired the 1st time at Pete’s. They also took it to the emissions location and handled all the details”

“My car got into a pretty bad accident and I brought it over to Kallsmeyn to get a quote for insurance damages. I had the pleasure of having Damian as my mechanic. He is very well versed on motor vehicles!Prior to coming in my insurance tried to snub me with a low quote on repair but Damian took the time to investigate and relay to my insurance that if done with that estimate it wouldn’t be safe to drive the car. He went tooth and nail and gave me a detail quote for damages — really went above and beyond here. Not to mention I kept bugging them with calls and not once did he show a hint of annoyance. Very glad to have met Damian and glad I went to Kallemeyn for the repairs.”

“My rear passanger tire was leaking air. I went to Suburban Tire thinking I needed a new rim, as my tires were in good shape. Thinking to myself, how expensive are rims, do you have to replace 2 of them or 4 of them? I am a senior on a fixed income. I thought $$$. Suburban Tire said it was the rim and they could fix it! Very, very reasonably priced. They were very nice and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I absolutely recommend these guys.”
