“Wowwww!!! So totally impressed with Adam's Auto Body & Sales in Dolton. I was interested in a 2019 Nissan yesterday, 2/19, and the vehicle is parked today, 2/20, in my driveway with the Illinois plates on it and my registration is in the glove compartment.While it may take a minute to purchase a vehicle it does allow you to observe business transactions around you. I found at least 3 customers who were so totally satisfied with the service provided; i.e., auto body repairs, under the hood repairs, or sales, everyone was happy and grateful to be treated with respect.Lastly, I am estactic with my vehicle and very happy I was able to purchase Adams Auto in Dolton.Thank you again AJ!!!.”
“After getting into a small accident, I opted to choose this location for repairs. Im glad I did! Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and thorough about the process for repairs. What I absolutely loved was the update texts and photos provided (not wondering nor left in the dark about how my car was doing). Overall, the updates kept me at ease and on top of the progress.Everything was actually great, and as a plus I received my car faster than the expected date given! My car looks brand new and Im satisfied.”
“I have used this company twice now and let me tell you, they NEVER disappoint!!! Adele is the INCREDIBLE!!! He is super friendly, professional and very knowledgeable!! His prices are affordable and he’s always looking for ways to save you money! My car sits low to the ground (sports edition) and I must have caught the bumper on some ice or snow (you know how Chicago winters can be brutal) and my bumper and one exhaust pipe was hanging down, almost scrapping the ground. Adele saved me the money of purchasing a new bumper and taking it to the Lexus dealer!! He used some of his state of the art equipment to repair it to the point where it looks like NEW!! The turnaround time was expedient (even right after the Holidays) and customer service is impeccable!! This is my GO TO shop from NOW ON!!! “Wow! This Auto shop went above my expectations.Background info. I was letting my mom drive my car from Colorado (where I live) to Michigan when two separate incidents occurred within 7hrs.First, a deer ran into my car. It was still drivable until she ran over a crowbar that punctured the gas tank. What are the odds, haha!Living in Colorado I had no idea where to send my car for repairs. This was the place my auto insurance recommended. I'm so glad they did.I only asked for the gas tank to be replaced because I needed my car home and there wasn't enough time to have the body damage repair, which they also do. A one stop shop. They fixed my gas tank within a few days during a holiday week might I add. Customer service was excellent. Every time I needed to talk about my car they were so nice and informative. Remember I'm in Colorado dealing with this.Here's where they went above and beyond. They washed my car getting all the deer guts and fluids off. They vacuumed the inside of the car as well. What auto do you know of that would do that?Not only that, but when my mom was trying to get to the shop from Michigan her flight was delayed making her run late and not be able to get to the shop before they closed at 5pm. The Uber driver was rushing as fast as he could during rush hour. When I called them telling them this, the husband and wife of the shop stayed a 1/2 hr late so that she could still pick it up that night.I highly recommend this shop if you want excellent customer service and support. If you want excellent repairs done. If you want security knowing your car is safe in their hands even if you do or don't, in my case, live there.”
“My car got into a pretty bad accident and I brought it over to Kallsmeyn to get a quote for insurance damages. I had the pleasure of having Damian as my mechanic. He is very well versed on motor vehicles!Prior to coming in my insurance tried to snub me with a low quote on repair but Damian took the time to investigate and relay to my insurance that if done with that estimate it wouldn’t be safe to drive the car. He went tooth and nail and gave me a detail quote for damages — really went above and beyond here. Not to mention I kept bugging them with calls and not once did he show a hint of annoyance. Very glad to have met Damian and glad I went to Kallemeyn for the repairs.”
“What a pleasant surprise. I had been waiting over a month for a part for my VW Atlas from another recycler. I finally gave up and found the part on NAR's website, I ordered it and picked it up a few days later. THey kept communicating with me as I neared the pickup date. NAR wasn't selling something that they didn't have. When the bumper cover was taken from their warehouse and brought to the store, they discovered that there was some slight damage to it. I was contacted, and we discussed the scratches and was offered a better price if I still wanted it. No pressure, just great service. Just walking into the store front made me realize that NAR really appreciated me as a customer! I highly recommend Northlake Auto Recyclers if you need a replacement part. I left a very satisfied customer with the part I needed!”

“It is second generation family run. They still have principles. No feeling like you just got away from a car lot. He treats everyone fairly. It doesn't matter if you are older or a woman. No talk down here. Will work till he finds the problem. The only reason I did not say on time, is due to Covid there were supply issues with parts he could not control.Services: Oil change”
“They are great people and Tim the owner Tim is a wonderful person and is fair with his prices. Witvoet auto parts is also great for towed. My son works there . From the bauer house and the Daniel house merry Christmas to all of you and a happy new year 2024. .is gonna be a great year for the witvoet auto parts employees they will make their quota please if you need new used or rebuilt parts, go on down to Whitley auto parts where the services is great, and the employees are happy. “Great place for repair!! They did what the other place couldn't. Sure a modification was done but I didn't care. Its in the contract which I hate. They really do need to highlight the important stuff!! LOL! The staff at this Gerber get an A+ from this old lady!! We're a one car family and need it to move around. My old raggedy car was so clean when I picked it up!! And the repairs were done quickly! I didn't bother with a rental (That's another review).”
