“I never ever write reviews but today I write my first. The customer service I received from Sievers in Auburn was amazing! I am beyond delighted!! They picked up my 2008 Kubota lawn tractor that needed more than just a bit of TLC. They called with an estimate of the repair costs (as requested) and their recommendation that the mower was not worth the investment (I agreed). At this time (late February) they didn't have a used mower that fit my needs (they said this will change in March). I decided to look elsewhere. Knowing this, they still agreed to retire the mower to their bone yard and only charge me the most basic diagnostic fee. I know that they spent more time than normal on the mower. Worse, I still feel embarrassed that they had to use a fork lift to move it out of the shop because it wouldn't restart. If I could, I would give them more than 5-Stars. Thank you Lucas, Dwight and Jordan; I felt respected and appreciated as you tried to help me though-out our many phone calls.”

“My Car was broken down at Circle K I met Jason (happened to be there helping someone else ) such a helpful guy he tried to get me up and going but couldn't . so I got my car towed in the garage they have been so helpful there's some fuse problem or something .. still trying to figure it out while I am writing this review . but I'll tell you what if you have any problems in this area make sure you go here first!!! They are very honest & Hard working people seems to me . & just want to get you up & going if you have car problems .”
