Horrible. I work for a major auto parts retailer and they get their vehicles through this company. At least that's what was on the paper. They do not put cruise control on these new trucks. So, the driver is staring at the speedometer more than the road to not go over the 11 mph because of the dumb telematics. Not to mention the gas that will be wasted from the inconsistent gas feathering. They also gave this company I work for a truck which is stupid for the amount of parts we carry. I know I speak for everyone that knows the company I'm talking about. 1 Star because 0 isn't an option.

Super frustrated with company communication. Terrible customer service. Expect long delays and wait times to get your cars delivered to your customers.

Company van is stranded. Waiting for a tow over and hour just to get a call back to even begin to have an ETA. This is awful customer service. Took 4 hours to get a tow in the middle of the night.During 8-5 hours tow and rental car took another 4 hours.

lots of illegal activity, had members of this company such as Kevin Stevens trying to get me to illegally make keys to vehicles from this company or speedway without any verification and lied to me to get me to come out at 10 pm thinking I would just do it once I arrived and the company he works for was supposed to pay my fee for this trip but refused even though I was tricked by their employee who was just smoking weed the whole time I was there , terrible company

Terrible customer service agents. I’ve experienced a few in the past who were more on the pleasant side, but in the recent few years - total nice-nasty, condescending attitudes over the phone. I want to say the most recent representative I spoke to was Lisa? - extremely condescending, snarky and doesn’t listen well to customer concerns. I hate to leave this review, but there is definitely an issue at Wheels, Inc relating to internal communication and the customer experience. They either need recalibrated training or different people who don’t seem annoyed when assisting customers.

I have still not received my vehicle two months into starting my job. I have called every week, and no one can give me a time estimate for when my car will be delivered.They also send me “personal use certification” emails for mileage on a car I still haven’t had delivered. I must take time out of my day to certify someone else’s millage. Worst of all, operators are very snappy when I call for an update. Overall I am very disappointed with Wheels’ service.This is not a job “benefit.” This is just a huge inconvenience.

My honest opinion about Wheels is, they don't seem to communicate internally too well, I worked for a short time here and I mean short! But I quickly was fascinated by their scope and ambition.Anyways I was asked to pick up my PC and when I got there, no one was there and whatever internal communication there was was next to sad, training was easier than I thought and that gave me some concern because it felt like that prepared us for half the things.When my computer/station was down all my lead manager can think is how I should drive down there asap even if the tech department was on the case, the lead is a bit un-professional with his choice in words and sounded often frustrated and annoyed, maybe there's someone worse like that up the ladder.I was let go with little to no notice because of a network bug/issue I had resolved, I'm honestly a little glad I no longer work with Wheels but greatly still respect my trainers and IT.
