Yvette karen dan and when Taylor is there, have all been helpful and of great assistance. The Elmhurst road location could learn a lot from your Lee st location. I only go to the Elmhurst rd location when I have to, as the service leaves a lot to be desired. sincerely, Al Harding, a long time customer

I usually avoid this place due to the long lines here. However, I decided to go to this place last Saturday due to getting into an argument with a rude lady at Elmhurst location while trying to register a car in my FIL's name. I worked with the store manager Yvette who was extremely polite and assisted us with a smile on her face. I told her I usually avoid this place due to long lines and was surprised to see them not so busy. She thanked me for my business and from now on I will be going here to conduct my business even though it's a bit further than the Elmhurst location. Keep up the good work Yvette!

I've used this exchange before, due to the location. Never again! Went in to cash a Check from the US government and had a federal ID as well. I have recently gotten married and my IL drivers license has my new last name. My federal ID has my picture on it and my maiden name. The check had my maiden name that matches the Federal ID. Nope, not good enough, even though their records showed I've cashed checks before. They are rude and act like they're doing you a big favor. Left and went to the currency exchange by Target off River Road. They cashed it without a hassle.

The worst ever!!! A line almost out the door and 1 person working!!! I felt sorry for that one person, she spoke only English but more than half the line did not. At least put a Spanish speaking person with her, my god this was the worst experience

This store acts like immigration or government . My friend sent me a western union for 500 bucks he owed me. Just to pick up the money the lady on the counter says she needs to register me which at this point I didn't mind since they need to know I'm the right person to collect the transfer. I said ok and she starts with the following : Driver license : obviously I understand they need it Work permit: this is where I start to ask if I have to answer these questions and she said yes if I wanted my money then she goes on with the list Do you work in America : For whom you work: Name of the company: Adress of the company: Phone number of company : I was in a rush so I just decided to answer but seriously this is a very stupid policy. I called Western Union and they said their only policy is to show a valid ID and tracking number but some stores can decide to add more requirements. I will never go to this store again, and I would not recommend anyone going there to be questioned more and waste more time than when you go to renew a driver's license.
