Convenient location and staff are generally polite. The pharmacy is another story, they seem very disorganized. I needed a prescription refilled but their automated system said it would only be available the next day so after some time was able to get in touch with the actual pharmacist who said I can pick it up after noon... my wife goes there and then was told that it's been scheduled for the next day. They told her they can get it ready in 45 minutes. This was a very simple prescription refill, not sure why it would take over 3 hours, they are not that busy.

Unfortunately I had the worst pharmacy experience here. I never do reviews, but I felt it necessary to warn potential customers. I have never had an issue with fulfilling my prescription. I had my prescription sent here for the first time because my pharmacy had it on backorder. Pharmacist Trushar refused to fulfill the same prescription that other Walgreens have been filling with no issues because he did not like the way my doctor prescribed it. He then told me that he is smarter than my doctor when it comes to medications because it is what he does all day long. He did not understand any of the logic to why it's necessary and important that he follow my doctor's directions. He was extremely rude and dismissive, and very sure of himself. I've never seen someone be so wrong and arrogant about someone else's healthcare. My doctor's office even tried calling to explain to him that my insurance has already approved it, and why my doctor prescribed it that way. Pharmacist Trushar refused to speak to them, and instead had the pharmacist technician speak for him. They could still hear him saying nasty things on the other end of the line that I will not repeat. This was the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I've ever seen in a pharmacy setting. If you want to get the correct medication and a nice service, go to the walgreens on Kensington. They have amazing staff. I wouldn't chance catching Trushar on a bad day.

I have been calling around to so many pharmacies to get a prescription for my dogs breathing medication filled and no one had it in stock and no one was willing to help me. I called this pharmacy and Tom there was absolutely amazing. He called around to nearby pharmacies until he found one with the medication in stock and had them put it off to the side for us. I truly appreciate his help and would recommend this pharmacy! Tom was so helpful I will definitely be using this pharmacy from now on.
