“We just moved here and one of our cats got sick. Northshore squeezed us in and we discovered she had terminal kidney disease. I refuse to see one of my babies suffering to prolong their life so after a day of saying goodbye we returned to have her put to sleep. Every single member of the staff was gentle and caring and made a terrible moment more bearable. I can't thank them enough for their skills and their compassion. They also didn't soak us when it came time to pay the bill and I'm grateful for that too.”
“The vets are nice knowledgeable and professional, but the office is a bit disorganized, not proactive and expensive. You have to remind them if things at appointments and explicitly ask if any vaccinations/tests are needed in the near future. Otherwise they will simply make you schedule and pay for a separate visit, even if it's only needed a week later. I'm not sure what the reviews saying they're rude are all about. They've never been anything but kind and respectful, I have however seen multiple pet owners not return the same courtesy.”

“Compassionate, caring, trustworthy! Dr. Christopoulos is knowledgeable and experienced. We have an elderly dog who needs a fair amount of medical care and they are always honest with us about what he needs or doesn’t need. They don’t try to push surgeries or unnecessary treatments, they just truly seem to care about the pet patient. I highly recommend this clinic.”
