Store messaging system said all associates could handle notary services. Went to store and employee said she didn't know where her stamp was at and couldn't complete the job.

Top-notch service and communicatiin from Desiree Crell, store manager. I needed a fragile framed artwork packed safely within airline luggage dimensions, so i coukd take it wirh me with as checked luggage. She carefully discussed all my options with me, showed me how it could work, and I selected the option that worked best for me. She even thoughtfully left the display of the dimensions visible on the outside of the box, so there would be no questions about iit from the airline. Excellent.

UPS in Desplains on Oakton and Lee. The customer service is outstanding! They are very kind and patient!! I had a problem with my packages and they walked me through it! I never had a problem!

Refused to ship my package claiming I had to take it to a postal office, when it clearly says ups on the label.

I had a couple of packages to drop-off for returns and I was helped immediately! I was in and out within less than 2 minutes. They didn't waste time in greeting me nor did they ask me to wait, it was an awesome experience. I will definitely be returning for package drop-offs or whatever else I may need!

I am a frequent flyer at the UPS store in Des Plaines and I have to say I was very impressed by Desiree. It was getting really busy when I was there and she handled it like a pro. No stress or anxiety. She answered people questions, was very kind, helped everyone and was just all around a lovely person. And the time and the line went by quickly. Shes a five starrer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When I first walked in Desiree greeted me. She is very happy and very friendly. Store was clean organized and smells good. She Was fast with my return didn't take long.
