Ontime delivery and pickup of container. Problem is that Truck was leaking during the rain which caused damage to some of the boxes and my mattresses.

Good price, timely. My only complain is that truck was leaking during the rain which caused water damage to some of the furniture. It was interstate move. Otherwise, truck was delivered on time in both locations, which allowed me to schedule movers.

U-Pack was amazing since the beginning. Very good price, drivers are so understanding and willing to help in every situation. Claim process for 1 piece of furniture that was damaged was easy, quick and nice. I can't say how much I liked the experience. Thank you.
