Susan and her team are always awesome to work with! They are always there to help with anything we need regarding our insurance. I have had Susan as our insurance rep for almost 25 years, and her and her teams service is the best!

I been with this office forever. But I made one call to ask about my car policy and the customer service I got on the phone. Was very rude and unwelcoming. I feel that even if she couldn’t help me further, she could have been more friendly and supportive. I do feel a lot of times that I have called this office. The associates are so rude on the phone and their tone of voice is just horrible.the insurance is great. They just they have poor customer service.

Desired who assisted me, was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Desired made me feel welcomed, and she explained everything thoroughly as it was my first time getting renters insurance. Her outstanding work definitely deserves recognition. Desire thank you so much for all your help!

Susan P. from state farm is the best, she has been my agent for the last 25 years and recently set me up with life insurance, and gave me the best quote compared to all the insurance companies I reviewed. I also have 7 vehicles, my motorcycle and my house insured through state farm for a long time and have been very happy with my premiums. Thank you Susan!
