This place is a gift to have nearby! Large inventory in stock, not having to wait or pay shipping costs was amazing. The young woman in the showroom was also very helpful and exactly the kind of employee a business owner can be proud of. Although I GREATLY appreciate not having the pushy sales vibe trying to earn commissions and squeeze every dollar out of customers, the only area I saw for improvement would be upselling can actually be a good thing. I bought portable display cases and forgot to buy the protective bags! That’s 100% my fault, but a soft, “we also have fitted bags for these cases to protect them from scratches” is a win-win for the business and customer (educating me on a beneficial accessory in case I wasn’t aware of it and saving me an hour trip coming back). But again, I don’t mean that as a negative experience at all. It’s simply the only area I saw for improvement, so this is a great business!

I ordered from this company 4 weeks ago. I have not received my order. I have emailed, called and spoken with owner and have not recieved any follow up as to where my order is. I have sent a pic of my receipt, still no follow up. Beware when buying from this company.

Don’t buy from this company, they shipped me unassembled showcases but I paid for assembled and they would not take them back. They cases had over 100 parts that they wanted me to assemble and it was to Difficult after I complained they told me to hire a handyman to get it done but I said just pick it up and resend it to me. They refused so I stopped the payment and they reported me to collections. I repeatedly asked them to pick up there merchandise but they refused buy from displays to go instead they shipped me the right merchandised assembled

My initial order was handled quickly and efficiently. When I received my order, my display case had a crack in the corner.Much like the initial order, my replacement was handled quickly and professionally. So refreshing.

Called and order 3 display cases. Customer service on the phone was great. They assembled the display for an extra cost. Everything arrived on time in excellent condition. very happy with my purchase

I have never had a bad experience with this store at all. On my most recent order I realized I ordered the wrong thing and I was able to chat with a representative and get those items taken off easily as well as add on additional items. I will definitely keep using them for all my retail needs!

Ordered a yellow sign. A white one was delivered. Ordered an additional letter set. It didn't arrive with the sign. Still waiting. Shipping price is CRAZY high. Additional info: Lowering score from two stars to one. Speciality Store Services has been arguing all day (via email) that the letters should have been there. Are we sure they aren't there? Were they put in with the letters that are part of the base purchase? NO! My pastor took the time to count the box of 176 letters to ensure there were not 476 letters in that box. There were only 167. The longer this goes on the worse this company looks.

Horrible customer service. Deserve less than one star. Ordered a yellow marquee sign. Received a white one. Ordered an additional set of 300 letters to augment the default 176 that comes with the sign. Didn't get the 300. Are you sure? Yes. Did you check inside the sign? Yes - there was only the box of 176. Wasn't there another box? No - there was no box of 300 letters. Did the 300 come with the box of 176? NOOO! We counted them. Not only were the 300 not included in the default box of 176 - the default box only had 167 letters in it. We are missing one "S" and all eight of the "O's". How much longer before they finally send us what we paid for?

Ordered on line asked when I wanted to pickup I stated the date and now have been waiting for over 2 hours to get my pickup this is horrible. No one except the front counter lady seemed to care and she seemed a bit stressed. If your time is valuable to you look elsewhere. Disclaimer I have bought twice the first time 5-7 years ago it was a very good experience. This time not so much. Update Company reached reached out to me Was very nice said they were going to check into it and I appreciate it that I'm even calling back

Horrible rude customer service. $200 shipping for 3 boxes just a few states away, unwilling to even check FedEx or ups. Paid for order then now says order not paid for. If I didn’t have shelving that’s from them originally I would of never ordered again. Avoid at all costs.
