Terrible business ethics. The store gets my business at least twice a week. Today I purchased a Posh XL which was defective and doesn’t draw. He essentially told me there was nothing they could do and hung up on me. This store has forever lost my business. If you don’t have the fortitude to stand behind a product, don’t sell it.

Great place to go for all your smoking needs... if they don't have it just mention what your looking for and i guarantee they'll have it at the store within a day or two... everything they have is top of the line name brand high quality merchandise being sold at unbelievable low prices... very nice and friendly owners... by far the best smoke shop ever...
