This gas station is HORRID! I stop in here for milk every now and then at around midnight and the cashier there is AWFUL to me. EVERY time. Tonight he double charged me for an item, got mad because I asked for a refund and had the NERVE to say to me it was MY responsibility to check what he is ringing up. Like WHAT? He then refunded a debit card that wasn’t mine! My husband had to go back at 1 in the morning to get it fixed. He refused to write down his name so I could speak to his manager regarding the incident and told me it wasn’t his problem that I don’t know how to spell his name. NEVER go here.

Awful customer service. I wanted to use the fuel rewards app, which I’ve done at numerous shell gas stations with no issue. I pay through that app. Again I never encountered an issue until I came to this Shell gas station. I put my reward ID number and the screen told me to wait for cashier approval. I waited awhile and finally decided to go inside. The cashier had a nasty attitude and didn’t make any sense. I asked politely what was going on and he was yelling at me. He told me they don’t allow you to pay over the app and I need to use my card. I would never use my card at this location because months ago I payed inside using the chip reader and had my info stolen the bank told me this is a scam going around with fake card/chip readers being put on top of real card/chip readers. They need to train their cashiers on how to speak with customers and not bark like dogs at people. It’s ridiculous! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I enjoy coming to the store but when i do one of the cashier keeps racially profiling me. I tried to put my water bottle in my bag and he assumed that i was trying to steal something. This isn't the first time this has happened.

I wish I could give them zero stars! Rude and disrespectful cashiers. Plus they had a fake card reader and I had money stolen from me. My bank told me this is a huge fraud problem going around. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This is my preferred gas station in area. Subway is big bonus and convenient for me. Very friendly staff. I been going to this location since I was 13 years old. Staff follows mask rule as well customers which is big plus. I love this gas station so much.

Employee name of Ahmed, Disrespect to me because of my appearance look like any Asian From India, this place be careful they thread to call Police over $2.71 because over Fountain drink that I pay with my Credit card all was my daughter fill the drink and Taste like water and what I did was refill they calling police over a $2 please don’t give them business

Just a heads up. If you are a woman, stay away from the carwash. The attendant made passes at my wife, twice. She and I talked to the manger and nothing was done. He is still there. W won't be back.

This is my preferred gas station in area. Subway is big bonus and convenient for me. Very friendly staff. I been going to this location since I was 13 years old. Staff follows mask rule as well customers which is big plus. I love this gas station so much.

I live across the street and have been coming here since it was a 76 station and now its a Shell. I have seen it remodeled three times, but it is too bad they do not maintain it. Busy C - store and the selections is good, just wished they kept it much cleaner and discouraged patrons from shopping without a mask.
