There's an indoor "garage" you pull into so it's temperature controlled which is so convenient especially during Chicago winters. “Huge location with 2 lots, we spent about 5 minutes in the wrong place before we figured it out. But the staff was super helpful and quick to assist. Our truck was on the other lot and they quickly ran over and grabbed it for us. Super happy with my experience and one of the top uhauls I have been to, we were stuck with our bikes and U-Haul is cheaper than enterprise so we rented a small truck.”
