Wanted to post to say I loved their service. Got stuck Saturday night around 12:40AM. Ended with my car on the side of the road, temperatures freezing below 0. No other companies in the area would pick up my car/call and when I finally called this one they made it to me in half an hour. They also helped me push my car into a parking lot full of ice. I’m super grateful to my tow truck driver who didn’t give up on us and kept helping us each step of the way.

12/24/22From Des Plaines, IL to Chicago Downtown driver arrived in 40 min after my call.Loaded car in 10 min and delivered it right to the repair shop with no issues. Nice friendly guys

This towing company is absolutely amazing. Mario was so helpful kind and caring during a very stressful time for me. I was involved in an accident that blew two of my tires out .Mario helped me get my car to Just tires and was so kind and polite he made sure they were able to help me before just leaving my car. Wish I could give more stars! First time having to tow my car, and everyone was super pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I called around 3:00 to get information (forgot to get the office gentleman's name, but he was great), called back not long after, and was able to schedule a tow for 5:15. Solomon was right on time, brought me with my car to the mechanic, we chatted and laughed during the drive, and he offered to give me a ride home after that. After an extremely stressful day of my brakes going out, getting their help today was comforting, and I would not hesitate to reach out to them again!Service: Car towing

Sad reason to be here! My daughter was hit by a truck, making a left turn on a green arrow, which she has done at the same corner for five years! Rosemont police didn't help her, gave her info to the person that hit her, didn't give her his, TOLD HER TO SIT ON THE CURB AND NOT MOVE, in the cold and snow, wouldn't let her take pictures of the vehicles, then told her let's just say this is your fault!! Sad but expected, 8 police officers not one helped her or asked her what happened, they TOLD her! The person at this yard was nice.

Schimka Auto took my junk car when nobody would, for a fraction of the price. From the person I spoke to on the phone to schedule to the driver that came to pick up the car, everyone I spoke to was extremely pleasant. Would absolutely recommend!

I found them online when I needed an emergency tow just two blocks. They are close to where I was and their site states they're open 24 hours.This was NOT the case. It was only aprx. 10:00 pm and the guy said he was closing and going home!

My experience with them was overall very good. I just needed a simple tow from my residence parking lot to my mechanic's shop, and it couldn't have gone any smoother. The tow Tech Irving was polite, professional, and got my car loaded up without issue in less than 10 minutes. Time from initial call to arrival was about 35 minutes, which made it very convenient. If I need another tow in the Des Plaines area, I would definitely give them a call.

I was driving home at night in the snow and my car went over a curb. My front wheel broke and I was half an hour away from home. My mom called schimkas and Irving came to tow my vehicle, he was fast and arrived in a timely manner, he was even kind enough to take me home. Thank you guys so much for your your help.

Company rip off charge to much for towing my car broke half block from mechanic shop they charged 140 dollars I would not recommend this place to noone no tow worth that pay

Very professional and helpful, Terry was very patient with questions I had about my Hyundai Elantra and when my tie rod broke and my roadside assistance let me down 3 times, they came promptly with the correct equipment to move my car and at a reasonable cost which my insurance reimbursed. Thank you!
