Pick up time is never on time. Also, they lied stating no slides were available so my slide order was cancelled went there the next day they had 8 slides. Tried calling them was on hold for 15 minutes.

This location lacks customer service. I've been a sams Club member for over 5 years, and i have the plus card. I walked around, and no one said hi, no one could assist me, nothing. All i wanted was a package of packaging tape, but of course, as i walked around, i wanted more items. I wanted to self scan, but my app wouldn't allow me to scan my items. Why? What's going on with this app? So, instead, i went through self checkout. It's nice that the self checkout wasn't too packed, and I spotted right through. I then wanted a slice of pizza and a pretzel. I made my purchase and was told 3 mins for my pretzel. 10 mins later, still no pretzel. I approached the desk and waited. Finally, the lady asked if I got my pretzel, and I said no. She then took a pretzel away from another customer and gave it to me. Hmmmm. I then went to the line at the exit. There was only one associate scanning receipts. Really??? I waited in line for her to scan my one item. Maybe allow customers to skip the scan when the line builds up. Very unprofessional location. Maybe the management team should be more involved and set standards. I'm not happy with this location. I need to rethink my membership in March.

I am in desperate need of 4 new tires for my SUV and went in to get a price confirmation and set a appointment, the kid at the computers in the tires was horrible and after I told him I needed tires his reply was GIVE ME YOU'RE MEMBERSHIP CARD TO LOOK UP THE TIRES...rude asf! his attitude was enough to send me to Discount Tire and get them cheaper and treated like a customer! I can only imagine how much money walks out that door because of the lack of customer service the employees have!!

Tire service is fast and friendly.Food court food is a hit or miss depending on who is cooking that day.The employees are nice and really good selection of products.The people that shop here though are weird. There's a lot of foreign snobby european women who think they are entitled to be first in line.I guess wearing animal prints means alpha. As well as snobby weird duck lip asians. Becareful they will run you over too. They are that entitled. One guy started yelling belching out some weird song. Then laughed hysterically. I think it's just the area of weird people.

I drive +12 miles past this location to the Sam's in Addison. Why, first point you rarely find anybody to help you find something as things seem to be stocked in different locations quite frequently. I saw a complaint about customer service not answering the phone which I totally agree with. The inventory is poorly maintained compared to other Sam's even during this "Supply Chain Crisis". I am considering shift to Costco as they are just as far as Addison for me, but most people I talk to find Costco more suitable for their needs. Last point, I hate the forced auto membership renewal. I want to decide, so the alternative is call some 800 number and go through the minutia to have the auto renewal stopped, which lasts until the next renewal.

Do not take your car here for tires very unprofessional and they do not know what they are doing. A complete waste of time and they do not care about taking care of there customers. Waited almost 1 month for my appointment and they can't take off one of my tires. Funny since just last week I took all of them off to repaint my rims. They lift the car first and then try to loosen the bolts. Took a day off for nothing hire people that know and care about there job and customers.

Do NOT take your car to this sams club. One of the workers was beyond rude, talked down to me, and brushed me off. I had just spoken to Anthony who said he could do my tires today. His coworker, Snow, said it would be delayed, made me go get a receipt that was unnecessary, and was so off putting I will never take my car back to them. I talked to a family member about it and described Snow to her, and she said she had a similar experience with him in December. I'm not sure if it's because there's only 2 guys in that department or what is making Snow act this way but it's offensive. I had already bought the tires or I would have gone elsewhere for the service. Anthony is the only reason this review is 2 stars. Anthony was extremely helpful.

TERRIBLE SERVICE: Ordered Christmas cards from Sams Photo Nov. After 1 week received an email, sorry about your order, have 25 free prints. Nothing more. After days..Status online said order received. Finally called Sams.. They said order not processed will resorder.. After a while they said, can not reorder.. Did not offer refund...Asked for a refund, said unable to issue a refund.. Will send gift card.. THATS CRAP, Order not processed, did not inform me, customer said problems can not reorder.. Can Not Refund to Credit Card... WHAT A BRUNCH OF CUSTOMER SERVICE CRAP.. Another reason to drop my Sam Membership!!!

I had a best experience from Tire and Battery Department. I need tires for My car but they don’t have in stock so Employee Name KAMRAN helped me to chose Best tire and in my budget and ordered tire and set up appointment for installation and ones tires came in Club then personally called me and I took my car on my appointment time then KAMRAN take my car in right away and install tire. He was very friendly and I am very happy with his excellent and friendly service. I never meet any person so far like him in Big club like Sam’s. I will never forget way he treat many customers like me. Thanks to KAMRAN for providing five star and VIP service to me.
