I asked what kind of pizza you have, I was answered. I said I wanted sausage, he gave me pepperoni. I saw that you have pepperoni & sausage, I asked, he said that it cannot be changed. then he threw my plate of pizza!!! A very bad behavior of the lady!!!!

You know, I pay for a premium membership to get in here at 7 AM and they change the hours. So now you can't get in until 8 AM and the pharmacy is not open until 9 AM. It's kind of aggravating because you're trying to get your day started and now I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for the pharmacy to open so I don't have to drive back here. Additionally, they don't seem to have as many products as they once did.You can't really count on a product you liked to be stocked again. For example, I waited almost a month to pick up half-and-half for coffee. The first time I thought it was just timing. The second time I thought wow, OK. And then finally the third time in one month still not stocked. I figured they're going the way of other products and not going to stock half-and-half anymore. Really? was finally able to score half-and-half today!

Disorganized SC I've been here twice and it's not as other sc are it's much smaller and hard to find products you are looking for.

I used their online service and ordered three goods using the app. The app UI is fairly easy to navigate and I had no trouble finding what I needed. The only issue that I have is with their service; it takes an extended amount of time to process the merchandise, and I didn't pick it up until the next day. Picking up was made simple, and I'm pleased that I didn't have to leave my car because they offer curbside pick up. The curbside pickup area is located south of the building beside the tires department, and it is difficult to miss if you follow the sign. Once parked, I use the app to inform the staff that I'm there so they may deliver the products to my car. The personnel was helpful in loading the stuff into my car. Overall, I'm satisfied and I anticipate using this service more frequently over the winter.

Come in to purchase tv,lady on telefon have no clue what to explain to any question about tv.She called someone and for more than half hour nobody comes to help.I'm customer in Sam's club and members but if you guys want customer to buy from you,you guys need to be there for us. Thanks

Pick up time is never on time. Also, they lied stating no slides were available so my slide order was cancelled went there the next day they had 8 slides. Tried calling them was on hold for 15 minutes.

This location lacks customer service. I've been a sams Club member for over 5 years, and i have the plus card. I walked around, and no one said hi, no one could assist me, nothing. All i wanted was a package of packaging tape, but of course, as i walked around, i wanted more items. I wanted to self scan, but my app wouldn't allow me to scan my items. Why? What's going on with this app? So, instead, i went through self checkout. It's nice that the self checkout wasn't too packed, and I spotted right through. I then wanted a slice of pizza and a pretzel. I made my purchase and was told 3 mins for my pretzel. 10 mins later, still no pretzel. I approached the desk and waited. Finally, the lady asked if I got my pretzel, and I said no. She then took a pretzel away from another customer and gave it to me. Hmmmm. I then went to the line at the exit. There was only one associate scanning receipts. Really??? I waited in line for her to scan my one item. Maybe allow customers to skip the scan when the line builds up. Very unprofessional location. Maybe the management team should be more involved and set standards. I'm not happy with this location. I need to rethink my membership in March.

I am in desperate need of 4 new tires for my SUV and went in to get a price confirmation and set a appointment, the kid at the computers in the tires was horrible and after I told him I needed tires his reply was GIVE ME YOU'RE MEMBERSHIP CARD TO LOOK UP THE TIRES...rude asf! his attitude was enough to send me to Discount Tire and get them cheaper and treated like a customer! I can only imagine how much money walks out that door because of the lack of customer service the employees have!!
