Best boxing gym around the area. The classes Rico and his team run are a must for kids and adults. I encourage anyone to go give it a try, nothing to lose, and a lot to gain. 5 starts. You guys are awesome.

Awesome! I paid for the $20 drop in just to see how it was. The 1 hour adult lesson was fun and cardio intensive and they teach me the basics before I started.

About Rico's Fitness and Boxing
Whether you want to box to get into shape or learn to compete you’ll find it here! While we have lots of classes for men and women, we also have a dynamic kids program including classes for kids ages 4-7. No experience is necessary for any of our classes.
