Giving one star due to the phone number published is never working even the text I received that say to call their number for help if having problems using the machine doesn’t work. I’ve been trying to order a mask due to mine being broken.

I’m giving them 2 stars for a particular reason. Up until this point they have been great. It took a lot of running around to get my machine( not their fault my insurance fault). The lady I spoke to was nice and told me how much I would have to pay and all that. However that was about 3 or 4 months ago with no bill. The lady told me last time I spoke I can be on a payment plan if I didn’t have the money ( I did at the time but life you know). So I received my bill and it was more that she stated but not by much but enough to make a difference. I have been calling them for about 2 weeks trying to get on a payment plan but it goes straight to Voicemail. I have sent a few emails and haven’t heard back. The payment is do soon so I had no choice but to pay all of it. That really left a bad taste in my mouth in what was an overall good experience.

Horrid customer service. I often spoke to a young woman who had a terrible attitude. I know teenagers who were more respectful. Every month was a bad experience. No wonder they closed down.

Just want to take the time to tell Steve thank you so much for coming out and setting up my CPAP machine and explaining everything about the machine to help me better understand it I very much appreciate your time and thanks again I’m sleeping a lot better and look forward to hopefully seeing you again thanks ? and great service keep up the excellent work

Dropped looking for CPAP tubing, thinking that they had a storefront, but they are a shipping company. Lady who helped me was supper nice and helpful and got me what I needed for free.

My experience with Reliable Medical Supply has been excellent. They are one of the only CPAP companies that provide a concierge type of service. The man who set me up was incredibly kind and clear and when I had questions he was easy to get in touch with. It took me a few tries to find the right mask but they were great about sending out the right one and even offered to come out and help me find the right fit. My insurance covered at 85%, I verified before I got set up but their billing department did so as well so I was confident I wouldn't have any issues. I was also told that I'd be getting a monthly auto-call to see if I need any supplies, so I don't even have to think about it. I strongly recommend this company.

Dealing with Reliable was a pleasure. They took care of me quickly, answered all of my questions and have stayed in touch. Billing went smoothly. I've dealt with some of the bigger Cpap places and this companies service was by far the best.

This company is a big fraud. They scam people big time. Short story: Dr. Friedman Michael ordered a cpap machine for me from these guys and used my insurance, but the machine is so expensive at this company that any insurance will not be enough to cover it. You will be better off ordering one online for 1/4 of the price these crooks are charging since the portion that insurance doesn't cover is more than the actual price of a machine purchased online. Medical insurance premiums are so high because of these kind of crooks. Avoid and do your research to avoid what happened to me.
