The Polamer online service was much quicker to register and send my package with UPS. The rates were much cheaper than anticipated and parcel got to Poland in under 4 weeks. Bartek and the other gentleman were very helpful and caring staff. I just wish they’d update their “locations” page because not all agents who use Polamer are listed there, and tracking is only available in Polish. Would highly recommend!

I finally got around to thanking POLAMER for sending our resettlement property from Chicago to Krakow. We sent it in June and it arrived in August. Nothing was damaged, nothing was broken. All the parcels were on pallets - and there were85 - we collected it from the Customs Office in Warsaw. Thank you and we recommend it to everyone.

The package that should have been delivered from Chicago, USA to Germany was lost. Last week they ignored my calls and voice messages. It is already 2 months after the package was sent. Worth experience in my life! And I sent the package by plane to be delivered fast.

I wanted to find out why, at the beginning of the pandemic, all information about parcels was online and now the parcel was accepted at the location. And in 3 weeks the same information, whether after increasing shipping fees you do not feel obliged to provide any information. Your radio advertisements inform about delivery in 4-6 weeks, nonsense. The parcels take over 2 months to arrive. You can't reach the main office either because the parcel department doesn't answer the phone, which is a shame for a 40-year-old business.

Too bad I can't give zero stars. The parcel was lost, there is no one to blame. No one answers the phone, and when they answer and hear my situation, they hang up. I do not recommend it and it is better to pay extra and go to the competition.

Horrible experience. I tried to send a Christmas tree 2 months ago. I do not know till now if the tree was shipped or not. I paid $240 for Christmas tree. I have been asking 3 months for receipt and never get it. You will be lucky if they answer or give you call back. Worst service ever!!!
