Owner please hire staff. This is getting ridiculous coming to this gym. You had good workers that have left and you have not replaced anyone for coverage.

The place is always clean. The staff are thinking ahead and helpful. No one bothers me, you do your own thing. I enjoy my new routine and I go almost every day.

Was at gym late at night and even though I had my belongings locked up, my cash and card was stolen. Not sure if they have cameras but don’t feel safe at this location

I’m at the gym right now on the recumbent bikes and there is no sound on Screen 4 and Screen 7 and Screen 8 is not working at all. I repeatedly tell staff and nothing seems to be done about it so I thought I’d write this review.

They let a “transgender” (it was an obvious cis straight white teenage male who was being a creeper, he wasnt a part of the LGBTQ+ community which I AM A PART OF) try and forcefully enter my changing stall. I called the police, filed a report, and they banned me to be politically correct and protect the predator who was obviously trying to hurt me. They obviously dont have cameras in the locker rooms so they automatically took his side to “protect his rights” to attempt to kick into the stall I was changing in after he could obviously tell I was in there. What about my rights? This was last year and I re registered and went for an entire week until yesterday when they told me im banned for this incident which occurred last year, of which they never communicated I was banned. I WAS THE ONE TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP last year. My mistake to give them another chance

I really enjoy this planet fitness a lot. It's the newer design so it's spacious, clean, staff is super friendly and it's never too busy. I love the small public lockers makes it easy to keep keys and wallet safe. I don't change at the gym so I really don't need a big locker. Still a great place
