You have to remind them if things at appointments and explicitly ask if any vaccinations/tests are needed in the near future. Otherwise they will simply make you schedule and pay for a separate visit, even if it's only needed a week later. I'm not sure what the reviews saying they're rude are all about. They've never been anything but kind and respectful, I have however seen multiple pet owners not return the same courtesy.

We have an elderly dog who needs a fair amount of medical care and they are always honest with us about what he needs or doesn’t need. They don’t try to push surgeries or unnecessary treatments, they just truly seem to care about the pet patient. I highly recommend this clinic.

1769 Miner St, Des PlainesWow what a great place, this is another one of my let's choose from the map, im so glad I chose this spot, the steak skillet was delicious, the steak was soft and juicy, it was also very cheesy, the cheese Omelette was also very good, the coffee was delicious too. All good here, definitely coming back. The employees are super friendly and attentive, my coffee was filled up every few minutes. It has very nice decor on the inside, such a warm welcoming place.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lady seen my dog waiting for me outside so she treated her to a little pup-cup and a bowl of water. I found that very generous and sincere. Especially because the dog and I was just finishing up a 2 mile walk. As for the environment, I did see they have a patio in the back that was very clean . The inside of the place was very clean. Overall, I'm not from this area but I can definitely see myself driving 20 minutes just to come here to eat. I personally love supporting the family owned businesses because it's evident they truly appreciate you coming to them. They don't treat you like an order. They want your food to be good and served with pride. If you're not familiar with this place, I strongly recommend you visit. I'm born and raised in Chicago, this is an authentic Chicago burger joint in my opinion
