Homebuying can be stressful especially for first time buyers. We recently found out that refinancing can be just as stressful. However, we were in good hands working with Robert. He made the refinancing process less painful. Robert was very patient, thorough and took time to not only explain everything well, but also to actively listen to us and our concerns.
