The staff member who helped me was really rude and I’m usually not one to leave a bad review. I love O’reilly as a company it’s just the staff member at this location that made me feel terrible. Literally got out of there and went across the street to advanced auto parts and had a better experience.

incredibly awesome experience at D.P. O'Reilly's today. Top Notch service. My son's Jeep wouldn't start when we came out of Jewel. Josif was so helpful and knowledgeable and friendly, far exceeded expectations, an absolute ray of sunshine in the rain! We made it home before the ice cream melted. O'Reilly's has won my loyalty for sure :)
