“I went shopping for money trees the other day in the Edgewater area of Chicago and all of the Asian stores said they will not be selling them until May. So I waited the next day and start searching for plant stores in Niles and found these two money trees to replace the big ones so they can be repotted. The lady helping me find them in the store was very nice and she had very nice plants there. This will be my regular plant store for now. Very convenient and the prices are very good as well. Thanks for helping me find a nice birthday gift to myself!”

“Addison Floral did a phenomenal job for our June 2024 wedding!!! They are an old, small, local place, and they know what they're doing after so many years of business. Their pricing was so affordable and lower than any other place I was quoted, but it was still high quality work!! They also did pocket boutonnieres, which I absolutely loved! Their set up and travel fee was very reasonable and they were willing to drop flowers at the church, my house, and the reception venue, all for the 1 set up fee!! The initial consultation with Larry went smooth and he had samples of flowers for me to compare. They were timely, professional, and so friendly. I will be going to them for all of my future floral needs.”
“Love Chalet. It’s pricy, but can often find plants I’m looking for that I can’t find elsewhere. They take good care of their plants and many of the staff are very knowledgeable, if you can manage to lasso one of them. They can be VERY busy at times (true of any good garden center). Wish they had a little more room to maneuver among the outdoor plants, but that all said, I’m grateful they have as much as they do for selection.”

I had great experience at the store today when picking up 8 bags of garden soil by myself. I had a flooring project, which started off on a bad note, mostly my fault, but was then corrected by Debbie from the Flooring Department, who did an OUTSTANDING job of helping me to get it back on track. She was a one of a kind professional and personable customer service rep who went ABOVE AND BEYOND, INCLUDING POST INSTALLATION FOLLOW UP. I can't say enough good things about her, and hope that she gets recognized accordingly. In addition, upon return of my excess materials, and a drawn out discussion, I have to also say that Claudia, and Manager Raquel, also went above and beyond to help me with the challenging credit to my original purchase. All these ladies are the reason that I, and hopefully thousands others, will do business with your store, because they truly make a difference, which I know is the reason that I will remain a committed customer. “I went in today looking for some paint for my basement floor and the lady who helped me was so personable. I think her name was Sofie. She explained the benefits of the different options I had and helped me figure out exactly how much paint I needed. You need more people like Sofie at every Home Depot. Hopefully she sees this and if she does thank you so much Sofie you made a confusing trip a fun and informative one.”
“Our office is across the street and our warehouse is about 30 minutes away. I have seen the place but it never clicked that they do take waste materials. We had a mixed full load of topsoil, bricks, pallets, and some other wood stuff in which they took. They charged me a I would consider a fair amount for the load.It was a little confusing upon entering as I didn't know where the office was. I suggest they put a sign up saying Office so new people know where to go. Other than this it was a great place, they were very communicative and very accommodating.One person said it is a lot but everything in the city costs a lot. If I was to pay my driver to drive 4 hrs round trip to dump further away for a cheaper dump price I am still paying the difference in drive time and wear and tear on my trucks and trailers.So in all reality I feel the price they charged was fair given my overall thought of costs.”

“There are time when they have great items on sale for a low price. Specially the tools. There are some items that need staff assistance and sometimes they are hard to find. I bought some 3/4 of boards and wanted to have it pre cut. I asked the register and had the guy paged twice. I waisted 23 mins for the guy to show up. Also the tool rental was great. One time i rented a carpet doctor vac. It worked really good. And the 50lb electric jack hammer worked right for my project. In general the store is great. They carry almost all tool brands for diy repairs. Great store.”
