Stopped in the lobby today to deposit a cashiers check to my newly opened account. The security person more or less yelled at me to remove my face mask (who quite loudly stated "COVID is over").I unfortunately didn't know about this no-mask policy for thir lobby when opening my account or I would have reconsidered. I hope that anyone else who has to mask for their own or others' sake finds out beforehand unlike me.Staff are friedly and the 5% APR money market account is very attractive, but I'm no longer sure dealing with this is worth risking the health of my quite elderly family who I am the sole caretaker for.

This bank is a community bank. But its Amazing bank with greater chances of getting your SBA and Non SBA Loans approved. The Personalized service is second to none. I have dealt with Salil Mishra, MS.Sarah, and Jason and was impressed with their services and customer care. All wonderful people. You would see a difference between these big banks viz Chase, Bank of America, others and Millennium Bank. For commercial loans and business banking I will rate them much higher than these Nationwide big banks.I will recommend this bank to my clients. Bit expensive on loans but they can get the job done.

Have been banking at Millennium since they opened back in 2007 and completely satisfied with their Customer Service and competitive rates. The woman that opened my account twelve years ago is still there and is always eager to help me. That should tell you something about their staff and the way they treat them. Millennium has never changed its name either like all my other banks do every few years. They don't have thirty locations with Robots answering the phones. They have one location with people that answer the phones.
