I’ve used MB for many years with two different cars now and it’s always been a great experience. Highly recommend them! They are very honest and their mechanics are very knowledgeable.
I recently brought my car in and they determined the engine needed to be replaced. Scotty was amazing and worked with my car’s warranty company (which required much patience) and got things moving right away and continued to follow up with them and frequently updated me on the status of what was going on. Even though the process was tedious with the warranty company, MB did a great job and handled everything perfectly. Very thankful for them and happy to have a running car again!

A Dodge Charger landed in my lap which was great except for one problem; sometimes, then often, I would get “key not detected” when I tried to start the car. A locksmith temporarily solved the problem but it returned in a few days. My mechanic scanned the system and cleared what came up. Same result. Everyone I spoke to about the problem said “Take it to MB Auto. They’re the best for electrical problems”. My neighbors were all correct. For a very modest price I got a detailed analysis of the problem and a workable solution that saved me a trip to the dealer. Their technician spent about twenty minutes explaining everything which was very much appreciated. Trust your neighbors. These guys are the best around.

Not using my real name here, but I stopped in to get some work done. They massively upsell and try to squeeze in a ton of things, then charge individual diagnostic charges for like 70-80 bucks a pop to look at each individual part, which takes a total of 4 minutes to look and snap a pic. 150 bucks to change a lightbulb?!
I immediately picked my car up and took it to Arlington Automotive Service and somehow they fixed everything for me for literally a third of the price I was quoted (not even including the diagnostic fees on top of that). And those dudes were GREAT.
MB had a nice old man at the counter, but everyone beyond that is pretty untrustworthy. They might do a good job, I won’t comment on the quality of their work, but the pricing is so deceitful. Do yourself a favor and hit up somewhere else to get your vehicles serviced.
