Very poor. We've been allstate customers for over 11 years. We recently had to file an auto claim for the first time in 6 years. The biggest disappointment was when the local agent said \\\"if you have any issues just reach out and call me\\\" and then when we did and we called our calls were avoided and never returned. Ultimately it was resolved in our favor but only after a ton of work that wasn't even necessary. Then we had to fight for the money to be sent to us who paid the actual bill. Ridiculous policies. While the customer service reps weren't rude they also had zero power to resolve issues which just leads to further escalation of frustration. Having to re explain every time we were transferred to a new rep again was hugely frustrating. There is no need for the process to be this complicated.
