“I do a lot of domestic shipping for my online business. In the past three years, I tried out 6 or 7 UPS stores in my area; I have to say this is THE BEST UPS STORE to do business with. Here are my reasons:1) People in this location are amicable, from the owner to everyone on his team. One time, I had a lot of items that needed to be shipped. The owner came out to the parking lot and helped me move my items inside the store. I have never experienced this level of customer service in any other USP stores.2) The store had dolley, a few flatbed carts you can use, which come in handy when you need to ship heavy items.3) This store is very well maintained and spotless.”

The staff is friendly and welcoming, I had an Amazon return and it was pretty big, Alexis helped me, she was sweet, reassuring me that she will take care of everything. I sighed of relief. They go out of their way for the customers, and that is a wonderful thing. I love them all, they're very helpful. “I went to store on Dundee Road yesterday to return Dyson vacuum with printed barcode. The kid, told me that that barcode was wrong. I called Dyson and asked the right barcode or return label. They emailed me. And I asked the kid if I can return the vacuum. He said, I have to print it. I was like can you just scan or print. He said NO. I left and went to Glenview Store. Asked the same thing. This time worker offered me to print barcode and label. And finally I was able to return the vacuum. I didn’t have to visit two store to do same thing. I didn’t even asked something that they can not do. Please do not spend people time and effort. Don’t t go to Dundee Store go to any Glenview Store. They are way more helpful and best customer service. Thanks to The Ups Store #2157 !!!”

“I needed to print 2 sided pages that fold open (like a book). The manager (didn't get his name), was super helpful in assisting me with the print job and even informed me that the printer has a fold function. After 1 or 2 tests, we got it perfect and printed the rest of the 30 copies. Was super thankful for his help and appreciate that I dont have to fold 30 pieces of paper, which would have come out less than perfect. Very friendly staff all around.”

“Erin and her team are absolutely amazing. I won several lots of model trains from a local auction house and needed them shipped to me. The UPS Store picked everything up immediately, packed everything carefully, and shipped everything as economically as possible. This was not a small task, as the shipment was about 45 pieces, filling 9 boxes, weighing several hundred pounds in total. Not to mention, the trains are delicate and needed to be packed cautiously.I really appreciated the care, the speed, and the diligence to keep costs down! The actual shipping was almost half of what was quoted!! I was ecstatic.I'm completely blown away. Everything arrived safely and in great shape.I've worked with several other pack and ship companies and nothing compared to the superior level of service that I received. It was absolutely exceptional.Thank you so much!”

“I’ve been into this store only a few times, but each time I’ve gotten in and out quickly and without a problem. The staff there is great! Quick and efficient. Most recently, Atari, the employee who assisted me, she was so wonderful and helpful. She assisted me with printing labels and finding old thrown out boxes that I could use to complete my returns. She definitely saved me a second trip to the store and a lot of hassle. She is definitely a lovely woman. Thank you so much to Atari! Great customer service and I hope she and everyone reads this. “I had such a great experience at this place! The location is very convenient, located within the Hilton hotel just steps from the blue line train and terminals. The employee working there was sooo nice, she was very kind, professional and worked really hard to make sure that my documents were printed perfectly. I see that other reviews are complaining about costs, I thought that costs were reasonable considering the location, convenience and quality of service. I will definitely come back to this location if I need printing or copying services in the area.”

“I recently had a situation where a package was received damaged after shipping from this location ( UPS Fault...not staff here) . I didn't think there was anything that could be done but mentioned it to the team at this location anyway. They said they would look into it and I forgot to call them back to ask if anything was actually done. To my surprise I received a phone call that the problem was resolved and compensation given. This was so unexpected, they followed through and are always so nice and helpful! Great staff!”

“On the afternoon of February 15th my wife, 100 year old aunt and I had an afternoon flight to Dallas TX her new home. One of her prized positions was a very large 32" x 22" shadowbox containing artwork completed my HER grandmother. The previous evening a different pack n ship business quoted an extraordinary amount to ship. So hours before the flight, we walked into the UPS store on Harlem Ave. The diminutive gentleman behind the counter, heard our story, gave us a quote, took our cc info and we headed to the airport. Late that evening he text the receipt. Several days later it and other packages we entrusted to him arrived in perfect condition. Outstanding service.”

Ruben is always helpful and mindful about things to help make the shipping of my art that much better; he wants to ensure that the art that is sent out arrives to the client’s hand safely and in perfect condition. I’ve never had a client of mine complain about shipping and they’ve always received their art in perfect condition. She took the time to guide me through the new system and add my updated info to it. I was surprised she knew me by name cause again, I haven’t visited this location in a minute, but it was nice to be known. She asked detailed questions on how I wanted my piece to be shipped out, which I appreciate because it is an exhibition piece and I didn’t want it to be damaged on arrival. She was very detail oriented and I’m grateful for that.”
