“I needed to print 2 sided pages that fold open (like a book). The manager (didn't get his name), was super helpful in assisting me with the print job and even informed me that the printer has a fold function. After 1 or 2 tests, we got it perfect and printed the rest of the 30 copies. Was super thankful for his help and appreciate that I dont have to fold 30 pieces of paper, which would have come out less than perfect. Very friendly staff all around.”
“Matthew and Leo who run the store have gone above and beyond to help me with all I’ve needed. They are the most amazing kind and attentive gentlemen I’ve ever encountered at a UPS store. “I manage purchases for several family members and often have many items and packages for return delivery, hence UPS. The associates here are patient, helpful, and genuinely friendly.
I visit this store the most because it is conveniently located in between most of my regular errands, so I’m there throughout the year - the service is consistently wonderful. Even near Christmas when weather, traffic, and technology don’t always work in our favor, they remain efficient and dedicated.
I wish I could remember the name of the lead or manager who is usually there every day - he is so kind and always working in front or behind the scenes to keep the system moving smoothly. Thanks for all you do! -S”

They let you have after hour access to the facility which is great for me because this is when my clients are most interested in meeting with me.”

The other UPS store struggled with this request
But Alex and his team at this UPS location were professional helpful and kind .
Even helping me pick out some different paper to make my printing look better
even more impressive was as other customers came into this location Alex the manager knew all of them by name and they all knew him .
I will definitely be returning here for all of my shipping and office needs

“Perfect, superior packaging. Didn’t skimp on materials. Seamless delivery. ON TIME DELIVERY!!!! I cannot stress that enough, being on time. In addition, the staff at store 3057 was super helpful in answering my questions. I spoke with Renee. She was the actual person that did the packing. This was all done over the phone as I never met them in person. They received my item directly from the seller I dealt with. This is a wonderful store to deal with!”

“I was under deadline for work to overnight ship an item, and due to work chaos, time was getting tight. Sunny helped me figure out a way to ship safely and economically. He is a true problem solver, and particularly today, when I think customer service is not as encouraged (nor appreciated/respected) it’s important to laud his stellar customer service, as well as your decision to employ him! I always appreciate the calm, professional, overall lovely attitude at this store, and with Sunny’s service in mind, I’ll continue to return.”
“Thanks to Sofia who was at the counter on 18th April 2024 for an amazing customer service. Our son had booked our luggage through LugLess service from this location. Since it falls under an external premise not being an owned office of UPS, there was some additional charge per baggage. It was a surprise to us. We expained to her that these extra charges were not known to us before and asked for help. Sofia was kind and considerate and waived of the charges understanding our precarious situation after a really long flight.”

“I was bringing a return into this UPS store, thought they were open til 7 pm. Walked up to door to go in and saw they were closed as of 6:30 pm. Went to get back in my car and 1 of the employees came to door and told me to come in. When I said I thought they were closed, he said it's OK, I'm still here finishing up things. I was thankful he saved me from having to make another trip back tomorrow. Great employee and awesome customer service!! I will definitely come here for my returns ect.....”

“I recently had a situation where a package was received damaged after shipping from this location ( UPS Fault...not staff here) . I didn't think there was anything that could be done but mentioned it to the team at this location anyway. They said they would look into it and I forgot to call them back to ask if anything was actually done. To my surprise I received a phone call that the problem was resolved and compensation given. This was so unexpected, they followed through and are always so nice and helpful! Great staff!”

“On the afternoon of February 15th my wife, 100 year old aunt and I had an afternoon flight to Dallas TX her new home. One of her prized positions was a very large 32" x 22" shadowbox containing artwork completed my HER grandmother. The previous evening a different pack n ship business quoted an extraordinary amount to ship. So hours before the flight, we walked into the UPS store on Harlem Ave. The diminutive gentleman behind the counter, heard our story, gave us a quote, took our cc info and we headed to the airport. Late that evening he text the receipt. Several days later it and other packages we entrusted to him arrived in perfect condition. Outstanding service.”

“This is by far the best ups store around. Jimmy and Isaiah are two of the best workers I’ve seen in any ups store. They both go above and beyond for the customers even when the store is busy. I’ve been going to this establishment for 10+ years and haven’t had an issue yet. They are always so polite and respectful no matter what.”

“Top-notch service and communicatiin from Desiree Crell, store manager. I needed a fragile framed artwork packed safely within airline luggage dimensions, so i coukd take it wirh me with as checked luggage. She carefully discussed all my options with me, showed me how it could work, and I selected the option that worked best for me. She even thoughtfully left the display of the dimensions visible on the outside of the box, so there would be no questions about iit from the airline. Excellent.”
