We are working with M&K Truck Centers in Des Plaines for a while (since 2018), repaired a bunch of our company trucks there - excellent service, knowledgeable mechanics and very good people to deal with.

They charged our credit card for ordered parts, and the parts were not delivered. When I called the manager, he said our order was cancelled and they did not charge us, but they did. When I tried to call the manager again couple times and ask what's going there, he simply did not pick up the phone and manager never called me back . I do not recommend buying any parts there. Stay away!!!

We are almost into the second week, only the right tire king pin will be changed and the piston cooling oil pressure (the vehicle is a 2023 model and its warranty is still ongoing) will be repaired. In total, a fee of $10k+ was requested for these two jobs, and the labor fee of almost $6k is unbelievable. I work alone. And I am someone who pays his debts every week I earn, down to the last penny. I haven't worked for two weeks and still no news. I will never come again and do not recommend to anyone!!!

I've only had good experiences with Milcho from the parts department, He reaches out making sure my company is good on parts and even letting me know about the current deals they have going on, great person to work with, extremely helpful.
