Edit: to respond to the generic message I received from Jidd. Clearly they did not read the review I left because my 1 star was for them. I’d give Biggers Mitsubishi 100 out of 5 stars for their general compassion alone. No bad attitude. No condescending comments. No run around just straight forward. They were extremely helpful, something I could never say I’ve experienced at Jidd.
Absolutely every other Mitsubishi dealership I’ve been to has been BEYOND nicer.
If you want a Mitsubishi go to Biggers Mitsubishi in Elgin.
I’ve never been to the point of saying I would give zero stars if I could until now.
First things first if you’re going to purchase a vehicle, they are going to highlight things that are not actually part of the vehicle and use them to try to sell it to you after doing so and you thinking that that’s part of the basic package when you go to sign the paperwork you will find it is not and you have to pay extra for it every month.
Also once you take that vehicle off the lot and they are done with the sale they do not give a single care about you or that vehicle. I took my vehicle a brand new one I purchased from them that had a broken wheel bearing within 6 month of purchasing it and I was there from open to after closing time with my 2 year old while everyone was acting like they were bothered by her.
I’ve had to take my car into service now 3 times in the last year of buying it brand new from them and every time I’ve attempted to bring it to their shop for service it’s been a headache. Every other Mitsubishi dealership has been at the very least kind and honest.
Today truly blew my mind though and really showed how heartless these people are. My brakes stopped working, completely. I called to try to get help since I purchased the vehicle from them. The response I got from everyone I talked to there was so arrogant and quite honestly insulting. Not to mention the lies they have been telling me every single time I’ve brought my vehicle there and even what the receptionist told me today of “we don’t have loaner cars”. Just to find out when I finally got in touch with a manager that they do in fact have loaners.
I will absolutely never, EVER, go here or contact this dealership again after today. Every other Mitsubishi dealership I’ve gone to has been so kind and helpful besides this one. I’m honestly shocked they have the rating they do.
I talked to Mo on the phone this morning who could not give a care in the world his arrogance pulsated through the phone line. I almost died on my way to work because the car their dealership sold me brand new not even 2 years ago was malfunctioning once again (3rd time) and the brakes gave out because for whatever reason the brake fluid was going directly into the hydraulic system but that was clearly my problem, not his. Thank god we found a much, MUCH better dealership who was willing to actually help without giving me the run around we got here.
Long story short. They do have loaner vehicles, they will lie to you and say they don’t. Go to literally any other Mitsubishi dealer if that’s what you’re looking to buy. If you are in the same boat as me and unfortunately purchased a vehicle from them, first off I’m sorry you got scammed too, second take it somewhere else for service to ensure you actually are taken care of and get humane service.

Clint was my service advisor, and he was simply amazing, he kept me informed through every step of the process, gave me multiple options that fit my budget, was pleasant and accommodating, I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Thank you very much Clint.

My recent experience with Jidd Motors Mitsubishi has left much to be desired. Despite purchasing a vehicle from them, I encountered an issue within just three days. Despite their website's promise of swift resolution, the manager, Sean, displayed an alarming lack of professionalism, refusing to address my concerns.
Seeking assistance from their service department proved equally frustrating, as I was repeatedly redirected between departments, reminiscent of a frustrating game of cat and mouse. It's disappointing that a company claiming to cater to luxury car clientele falls short in delivering corresponding levels of customer service.

Told us a completely different story on the phone regarding finances after submitting application pretravel since wefe over am hour away. Also asked for phone number to send us a walk around video of the car, and it was the very last thing they did. All a gimmick to get you there, and try to give excuses about all their lies. Good job jibb and "Sean" you got us there to waste our time

The worst possible business to ever encounter. You bring the car in and they make it worse and they scam by using your warranty that you paid for to get money for their pockets and they never fix your vehicle!!!! Adam the owner, which is not his real name thinks he can continue doing this. they just keep changing their names, every few years after six figure lawsuits.Don’t ever Buy a car or get Maintenance through these disgusting human beings.

Worst place ever,I left the car, it was supposed to be done in 2 days, 12 days later no one even called me to say what the problem is, what is happening with the car, literally nothing, there is zero communication from their side, and I still don't know what is happening with by car, they simply don't care

Worst experience that I ever had with a shop!! I left my car starting 01.15 until 01.22 (1 week) and I got the car the EXACTLY the same as I left it. This is unbelievable, I left it for fixing a hole in the chair and when I came to pick it up I wasn’t even told that the car wasn’t ready. Considering the fact I was speaking with Breanna a few days before(Thursday 01.18) that they needed 2 more days meaning Monday (01.22) will be ready. When I arrived to pick up the car the guy who gave my car back to me, said that they needed 2-3 days, well it was there for more than 1 week and no repairs were done whatsoever. Very bad communication as I was going there thinking the whole time the car war fixed and ready to go. If for this minor issue they can’t handle I wonder how can you even trust this shop for any bigger damage you might have to the car. Also I payed beforehand for this “platinum package” $2000!!!! Very disappointing and poor! Not recommended!!!
