If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. Sherry, the manager in charge of Drive Up & Go, called me a “dumb customer” word for word over the phone when I just wanted clarification on a refund. Absolutely terrible online shopping system as well; I placed an order for 12 soda bottles and I was notified my order was complete and ready for pickup, only for me to drive 30 minutes to this location and receive only 5 bottles. If you plan on shopping here, please do not even bother asking staff for help. They are useless and rude.

Usually a really great jewel. Today I had a really terrible experience. Self checkout guy came over three times during my checkout and hovered I did not take a single thing. Then, I go outside to my car and he comes up from behind me (while I am alone in a parking lot) and asks for my receipt again. He still did not find anything (of course).

I've been going to this location since I was a child. I nearly recognize the whole staff that's worked there for a long while.As of my recent shopping "experience" at the self-checkout, I was being harassed that I didn't scanned an item.Which she scanned the item, only for me to tell her. It's on there, and for her to correct her add-on.Then, as I'm finished. She comes out of no where to tell me my bread wasn't scanned, only to take it away from me. While I'm waving the receipt at her. There.I missed my UBER.On top of that, I had to go to customer service on behalf of the unnecessary add-on. Luckily, they were able to ease my tension with a better deal and refund.To my dismay, this was one of the most frustrating and unpleasant experiences I've had at my local grocery store.Oh my god. As I'm waiting for my second UBER, another staff comes to tell me I didn't scan a box of instant ramen..... the same lady told her I didn't scan a box of instant ramen.ITS ON THE RECEIPT!!!!!!!!!!!!!Wow.I'm astounded and just. Baffled.Check out was at 14:40PM 10/16/2023

Walked in and ordered a bucket of wings. The woman behind the counter turned away from me, wiped her nose off the palm of her hand and proceeded to grab a container for the wings. I left the wings at the store due to the unsanitary act I witnessed. Gross

They don't have Mortadella in the deli but keep a full Spanish aisle. There's something strange as the area is stinking, all around these places.

Moved to the area recently. Live a few blocks from this Jewel and decided to pick up a few things including a bottle of wine... about a year ago. I'm a senior citizen and a person of color. I don't necessarily look like a senior, but was with my 28 year old son. We decided to use the checkout lane and as we had a bottle of wine waited for the clerk to check my ID. When she approached us, an elderly, stout, Caucasian woman, as I was trying to hand her my driver's license, she kept demanding that my son show his license! My son kept telling her that he wasn't buying the wine, I was! She instead, repeatedly kept demanding that he show his license, while I also kept repeating that I'm the one purchasing the wine not him! Finally, when she refused to acknowledge me, I told my son to just ignore her and don't say anything! At that point, she turned to me and I handed her my license! No apologies, nothing!!! I had never in my life encountered such abhorrent behavior from a store clerk! We rarely shop there anymore because we were just appalled at her behavior! She never apologized or thanked us, just rudely walked away as if she had accomplished a major feat in her mind. Awful, despicable and racist behavior from a Jewel employee!

Racist employee stops hispanic customers and accuses of stealing if they deny showing receipt. Customer showed evidence and asked to be apologized. Happened 06/28/23 around 6:30 pm

Cherries advertised sale price is 1.99 per pound but I find out at the register that’s only if you download and install the jewel app. It’s designed to get u to install their app impulsively at the register. Otherwise the cherries are 5.99 per lbs. BY THE WAY cherries are in season right now, so they just made this entire sale up to harvest customers data. The price difference is roughly $15 without sale and with sale, for consumers imagine how much your data must be worth to them.Thank you for hearing me out!

This store is nasty I went to the beef Isle the meat was all grey and over priced. After that I went over to the deli to get some chicken I see an employee wipe there noise with there hand and then proceeded to serve food disgusting I will not shop here again.

Apparently, the prices are up everywhere throughout the United States of America. It’s a shame when you’re looking for items and they’re no longer on the shelf. At least Jewel-Osco is better than Walmart. Walmart doesn’t check thief expiration dates very often. However, Jewel-Osco and their prices are a little bit more high, then some other grocery stores.
