Lily at the express check-out counter helped me get the app and use the digital coupons. Very polite everytime I meet her and courteous to help out with a smile. My favorite Jewel Osco!!

Only one star today again ! I try to buy a bucket mixed with half wings and half tenders the server told me the boss of the store not allowed to sell like that !!! You’re the only one store who are very special !! Good luck ? you need it I just changed the store !

I shop here regularly, and pretty much know all the employees at this location. A few days ago I was shopping with my mother In law. She normally buys the pre-cut pineapple. There was none on the shelf. After a few minutes a gentleman stepped out of the back with cut watermelon and honeydew and I waited while he stocked the shelf. When he was done I asked him if he knew if they had any pre-cut pineapple? He said I don’t know but if we don’t then it could take like a half an hour to get ready. I let him know that my mother in law would still be shopping in the store at that time because we had just arrived and still needed some items. Also, that I could stop back to the produce after we were done grabbing our other items. He said okay and I thanked him and went about my shopping. A half an hour later I stopped over to the fruit section and waited about 10 minutes before seeing another woman who worked in the produce (both the woman and the gentleman I’ve never seen working at this location). She put out some vegetables and I waited for her to finish before asking about the gentleman and the pineapple. Another 10 minutes goes by and he comes out and points to an uncut pineapple and states verbatim “ well there’s pineapple”. I stated that I specifically asked if there was any cut up pineapple. He stated verbatim “I wish you would have told me that” and I stated I did. He went so far as to give me a dirty look. And started to stomp off saying he would cut one up for me. I simply said thank you hun. He stopped dead in his tracks. Turns around and gives a death glare and said don’t call me that. Then walks off. After that I simply asked the lady who I asked earlier about the pineapple and the gentleman, what his name was. She was also stunned by his rudeness and audacity. Stated his name was Michael. If he didn’t want to do the job all he had to say was unfortunately the pineapple is unavailable instead of being rude and aggressive. I also do understand that these are stressful times but that is no way to treat a customer. Honestly this whole experience was just horrible. I simply left with my mother in law. No way was I going to sit there and have him stomp around and give me another dirty look.

When shopping at jewels make sure you use the weekly paper you get with the mail plus always use your app that's were you can clip all the cupons for better deals

The 3 containers of fruit are the best. I always get watermelon, cantaloupe, & pineapple for $12.99. Milk always has a good price. Everybody who works there is consistently friendly.
