Excellent!! Because after a horrible unhygienic Holiday Inn in Joplin MO. I went “off” my beloved HIExpress for months. Now in Chicago my family found again the best of what was and is Holiday Inn Express. Good ingredients on Breakfast. All services on rooms perfect. Staff very efficient. Good pleasant stay.

Absolute garbage - booked the hotel and then was notified later that they didn't have shuttle.This is inexcusable for a hotel next to the airport.

Horrible service! Don't use airport parking! Even though you purchase through WAY ahead of time, you may not get a parking spot! INSANE when your trying to catch a flight! Because I'd this they want you to TRY to find a spot before you get a pass because if there isn't your Out Od Luck! DONT USE ThEM!
